We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with a minimum 3-5 years’ experience to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from compliance, employee benefits & employee appraisals, as well as those duties listed below. We’re looking for a team-oriented leader with a driver personality that can join management of a 50-person service company. We are located in far NW San Antonio near Sea World. Salary range is $55-60K depending on experience. Please submit resume for immediate consideration.


– Manage and administer payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees
– Utilize HRIS systems such as iCIMS, SAP, ADP, and UltiPro for data entry and reporting purposes
– Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process for new hires
– Collaborate with hiring managers to create job postings and leverage platforms such as Salesforce and Lever for candidate sourcing
– Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and processing necessary paperwork
– Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
– Assist in the administration of employee performance evaluations and development plans
– Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts


– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
– Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems (e.g., ADP, UltiPro)
– Proficiency in HRIS systems such as iCIMS, SAP, or similar platforms
– Experience conducting interviews and participating in the selection process
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, Lever)
– Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
– Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
