Marketing Sales/ Admin needed for Auto parts distribution Co. We are looking for an individual that has a can do attitude and ability to multi task.

Job Details:

Events Support

· Work with Sales & Marketing team members on registration of attendees.

· Distribute marketing materials for promotions and work with Sales & Marketing team members throughout the creation of all materials.

· Assist with all event support for annual shareholder meetings, marketing forums, customer facing promotions, training events, and more.

Communications Support

· Work with Sales & Marketing team members to create and distribute miscellaneous webinars, PowerPoints, internal & external memo postings, quarterly newsletter and press releases.

· Learn the workings of and assist in the coordination of an annual advertisement schedule.

Oversite of Marketing E-Store

· Work with third party companies to manage the inventory levels, maintain product data, serve as liaison between shareholder members & vendor companies, rectify order issues, review and analyze current inventory and requests in order to make recommendations for improvement as necessary.

Invoicing

· Responsible for coding & payment of all departmental invoicing with coordinator approval.

Certified Service Center Program

· Oversee and approve incoming location contracts as they are submitted to our internal site.

· Work with Information Technology, Sales & Marketing team members to continually update the contracts & sell sheets being distributed within the organizations membership.

All other duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications, educational requirements and Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s Degree, Proficient with Microsoft & Adobe products, Bilingual – Spanish (preferred), Strong Multi-Tasking Skills, Organized and Responsive.
