The Fundraising Coordinator with minimum 2 years’ experience coordinates and manages the organization’s fundraising events working alongside other departments and event representatives. Must be proficient with MS Office. Nonprofit experience is preferred. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Starting pay is $17/hour plus benefits. Please submit resume for immediate consideration.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Enters and tracks all fundraising department events, information, and tasks in SalesForce maintaining
    accurate records
  • Coordinates all logistics and travel needs for fundraising events
  • Requests media and marketing materials for fundraising events with media and marketing department
  • Collects and enters fundraising department in kind donations received in SalesForce
  • Collaborates with and supports fundraising team with event ideas, locations, auction items and other
    fundraising event requests
  • Supports Sr. Manager of Events & Presentations with events and presentations, as needed
