Employee Benefits Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Analyst to join our team. As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a role in managing and administering employee benefits programs. You will be responsible for analyzing benefit data and providing support to the Employee Benefits team . If you have strong data analysis skills, preferably in advanced Excel, and experience in benefits administration, we encourage you to apply. DUTIES:

  • Review all current and new benefit plans from providers.
  • As requested, represent the company provider-sponsored meetings and report on updates.
  • Maintain all continuing education credits for insurance licenses.
  • Document all conversations and emails immediately in client database. Update outstanding activity list in priority order by the end of each day and manage activities daily from the action item list.
  • Provide suggestions to update procedures, tools and processes. If suggestions are adopted, update procedures manual, and inform team members of updates.
  • Coordinate periodic meetings with provider contacts to maintain positive relationships and to stay informed of provider changes.
  • Maintain up-to-date electronic files/database with relevant articles and materials for client education.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Proven experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
