Position Responsibilities & Job Duties:

Alliance Accessories, Supplies & Tools eCatalog

Responsible for the user experience, and member satisfaction with the Alliance Accessories, Supplies & Tools eCatalog and OE to Aftermarket cross-reference data sets required for Collision Industry. Functional areas include but are not limited to:

· Meeting updates, production, and release schedules.

· Implement quality control standards and procedures to insure the highest quality data and user experience.

· Attain the Data Procurement lead role pursuing all data and image content available.

· Ensure 100% of all AST items are available, contains robust data & a supporting image.

· Compliance with Alliance data standards as they relate to all data types within the Auto Care PIES standard. This includes changes in both industry and Alliance specific data delivery needs.

· Maintenance of the Alliance Brand Table, Alliance Part Number Standard, and Alliance Category and Search Hierarchy as assigned.

· Managing incoming data via the Alliance Vendor Portal and Vendor Data Templates.

· Create and manage processes required to export the data to support Alliance member business needs.

MyPlace & Content on Demand Web Services

· Responsible for all Accessories, Supplies & Tools release notes, documentation and line code management as assigned. Analyze and make corrections based on all incoming Search Analytics if assigned.

eCat Product Communication

· Drive open and positive communication channels between all Alliance eCat stakeholders including; Alliance members, Alliance/APW Vendors, Alliance staff, Industry representatives, and Alliance IT vendors.

Alliance iSupport Log Management

· Will work and manage all assigned Alliance iSupport logs relating to the Accessories, Supplies & Tools eCatalog including but not limited to data, images, and search.

· Will cross-train to handle/distribute other iSupport issues such as application catalog, MyPlace MCL and user setup, Data Warehouse, National Account and IOT.

Other Duties:

· Participate in web-based forums for appropriate products or services and serve as the leader as required.

· Assist with General, IT, and Product Committee meetings as assigned.

· Cross-train to perform other critical and non-critical functions as assigned.

· Be cognizant of and participate in Autocare data standards meetings (ACES, PIES, Category Management, IPO, SOA, etc) to benefit Alliance members as required.

· Assist President & CEO and Department Heads with assigned data projects as required.

· Will complete all other projects and duties assigned.
