Administrative Professional

Full-time Administrative position available in Contractor office.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am – 5pm

Pay Rate: $16-18/hour DOE

Bilingual/Spanish preferred.

Plumbing knowledge greatly beneficial, but not required.
**Preferred Experience: At least 2 years of contractor office experience and customer service background.**

Education: HS diploma required

Location: NC SA, near the airport

JOB DUTIES:
· Organization of plumbing crew schedule, assist in coordination of plumbing crew, setting up and make-ready all plumbing jobs including applying for permits and scheduling inspections
· Assigning purchase orders and entering vendor bills for accounts payable
· Answering phones, customer service
· Processing time card entries for job costing and payroll purposes
· Invoicing and collections
· Operates personal computer to compose and edit correspondence; establishes, maintains, and updates files, records and/or other documents within computer filing system
· Accounting operating software is QuickBooks (experience in QB required), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and internet usage

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
· Excellent phone etiquette, receptionist duties
· Good organization and records maintenance
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to gather data, compile information and generate reports
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
· Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions, follow standard operating procedures
· Ability to meet, as well as work under deadlines; good time management skills
· Must have a high school diploma, data entry experience, critical thinking skills
· On-the-job training provided for our scheduling software – Service Fusion
