Trinity Staffing Services, a leading San Antonio staffing agency, has been working with local employers for more than 25 years to find the very best employees for their companies. Our experienced recruiters, extensive screening processes and temp-to-hire arrangements help our client companies avoid expensive hiring mistakes. In April 2013, Trinity Staffing opened its second office in Seguin, Texas to provide and support the contingent workforce for one of Seguin’s largest employers, and a Fortune 150 company, Continental Automotive Systems. Sue Jones

Sue brings more than 45 years of experience in business management

Sue brings more than 45 years of experience in business management and operations to the Trinity Staffing team. Prior to co-founding Trinity, she successfully owned and operated several established businesses. She is a member of the SA Women Business Owner’s Association and is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.

JP Jones

JP has more than 45 years of business experience

A longtime resident of San Antonio, JP has more than 45 years of business experience, having successfully owned and operated several companies. In addition to his involvement in Trinity Staffing, he is an active member of the Rotary Club of San Antonio, San Antonio Executive Association and San Antonio Manufacturer’s Association.

JP earned a B.A. in Business from St. Mary’s University.

Operations and Compliance

Jo Settles

Jo is well versed and 100% compliant with current employment laws, and effectively handles employee relations.

With almost 30 years in the staffing industry, Jo brings a unique level of experience to Trinity Staffing in a variety of capacities: recruiting and placement, sales and service, branch operations and back office management. Prior to joining Trinity Staffing, Jo managed the daily operations of a recruiting branch for a large onsite client of up to 1700 temporary employees. At Trinity, Jo is well versed and 100% compliant with current employment laws, and effectively handles employee relations – determining the course of action through investigation, mediation, and/or disciplinary action, all while maintaining confidentiality.

Leanne Loose

Leanne specializes in temp-to-hire employment for administrative, accounting, customer service, legal and light industrial positions.

Leanne specializes in temp-to-hire employment for administrative, accounting, customer service, legal and light industrial positions. She has been with Trinity Staffing since 2011, when she and her husband, Allan Loose, merged their company, Staffing Source, with Trinity Staffing. Leanne has close to 25 years of staffing industry experience in marketing, recruiting, Human Resources and payroll. Leanne has built great relationships over the years with employer clients as well as the individuals she has helped with job placement.

Allan Loose

Allan has been in the staffing industry for 25 years and enjoys working with businesses large and small.

Allan has been in the staffing industry for 20 years and enjoys working with businesses large and small – from a one-person office to San Antonio’s largest corporations. He believes that each business presents a unique set of circumstances when it comes to hiring decisions. His goal is to develop long-term business relationships that provide opportunity for the success of both the candidate and client.

Melissa Carrasco

Melissa specializes in recruiting for the industrial, manufacturing and warehouse fields.

Melissa specializes in recruiting for the industrial, manufacturing and warehouse fields and joined our team in 2014. She had previous experience working for a staffing company where she handled all recruitment and HR duties as well as payroll for 300+ employees on a weekly basis. Melissa is adept at understanding our clients’ hiring needs and translating them into targeted qualified candidates.

Vicki Vaughan

Vicki has been in the personnel placement industry since 1983.

Vicki has been in the personnel placement industry since 1983. Prior to joining the Trinity team in 2002, Vicki was Vice President of a large staffing firm for 13 years. She grew up in the Texas Panhandle, where she attended college before relocating to San Antonio in 1972.

Vicki’s responsibilities at Trinity include payroll for 500+ employees on a weekly basis, accounts receivable, all accounting functions, and working closely with the principals of Trinity to ensure consistency and open-door communications with each employee. Vicki has been active in the Chamber of Commerce and has held offices in Executive Women International, where she was President Elect.
