We are seeking a licensed professional to manage our P & C agency, who preferably has two years of P&C experience. This is a part-time position – 32 hours/week with flexible schedule available and with compensation that is commensurate to experience. Major holidays off with pay and 2 weeks paid vacation per year after first six months of employment. Benefits are not offered. Responsibilities:
- Resolve client inquiries
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Answer phones as needed and return calls to existing clients
- Quote Insurance Rates/Policies
Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous P&C experience is preferred
- Customer Service experience and other related fields are a plus!
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
