Sue Jones

Sue Jones brings more than 30 years of experience in business management and operations to the Trinity Staffing team. Prior to
co-founding Trinity, she successfully owned and operated several established businesses. She is a member of the SA Women Business Owner's Association, and is a graduate of San Diego State University.

JP Jones

A long-time resident of San Antonio, JP Jones puts more than 35 years of business experience to work. Prior to co-founding Trinity, JP has successfully owned and operated several established businesses. He is an active member of the following organizations: Rotary Club of San Antonio, San Antonio Executive Association, San Antonio Manufacturer's Association, and Greater San Antonio and Northside San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.
JP earned a B.A. in Business from St. Mary's University.


Nellie Hernandez
Manager of Workforce Solutions and Professional Recruiting

Nellie Hernandez brings over 20 years of Professional Recruiting and Staffing experience to Trinity, with an emphasis on long range business development activities. Nellie first joined the Trinity team as a Professional Consultant, focusing on the development and implementation of a new business model. After successfully launching the program targeting clients and quality talent, she was invited to remain with Trinity in a management role. Nellie provides daily management, leadership, and training to our team of account managers and professional recruiters. In addition, she manages a portfolio of prestigious accounts, providing them with customized recruiting services.

Prior to Trinity, Nellie worked for a national staffing firm for over 18 years in various management roles which included regional responsibility over multiple Texas locations.

Nellie attended Texas A&I University and has held membership and/or leadership roles with numerous organizations such as The Texas Association of Staffing, The Texas Association of Business, Junior Achievement, the Rape Crisis Center, and a local chapter of the Business Professional Women's Organization.


Vicki Vaughan
Operations Manager

Vicki has been in the personnel placement industry since 1983. Prior to joining the Trinity team in 2002, Vicki was Vice President of a large staffing firm for 13 years.

She grew up in the Texas panhandle where she attended college before relocating to
San Antonio in 1972.

Vicki has been active in the Chamber of Commerce and held office in Executive Women International, where she was President Elect. Vicki's responsibilities at Trinity consist of daily operations: payroll for 200+ employees on a weekly basis, Accounts Receivable, all accounting functions, and working closely with the principals of Trinity to ensure consistency and open-door communications with each employee.


Jo Settles
Professional Recruiter

With almost 30 years in the staffing industry, Jo brings a unique level of experience to Trinity Staffing in a variety of capacities: recruiting and placement, sales and service, branch operations and back office management.

Prior to joining Trinity Staffing, Jo managed the day to day operations of a recruiting branch for a large Onsite client. Her main focus was the interviewing, placement and retention for up to 1700 temporary employees. At Trinity, Jo concentrates on recruiting for both specialized professional positions as well as large scale projects. She accurately and successfully evaluates applicants on their skills, education, work history, personality, salary requirements and managerial abilities. Jo works hard at not only understanding the requirements of her clients' open positions but the company's policies and culture in order to secure a successful placement. She is well versed and 100% compliant with current employment laws, and effectively handles employee relations - determining the course of action through investigation, mediation, and/or disciplinary action, all while maintaining confidentiality.

Jo is a former military "brat" but calls San Antonio "home". She has been a Spurs season ticket holder for over 30 years and has a David Robinson card collection of more than 1000 different cards!


Carlos Castanedo
HR Consulting, Mexico Division ( )

Carlos specializes in recruiting bilingual and bicultural Mexican and Latin American executives for U.S., European and Asian multinational corporations with operations in Mexico. Some of the positions have included Country Managers, Sales Managers, Plant Managers, Accounting Managers, Controllers, HR Managers, and Engineers for a variety of industries.

His extensive global recruiting experience has allowed him to successfully collaborate with companies from the U.S.A., Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Belgium, Japan, Italy and France. Carlos and his team have placed professionals throughout Mexico, including the cities of Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Toluca. He has worked extensively with the Maquiladoras (Twin Plants) along the U.S. border in cities such as Reynosa, Cd. Juarez, Mexicali and Tijuana. He has also placed executives in management positions in Brazil and Argentina, and provided specialized executive recruiting services for a wide variety of industries such as; telecomm, textiles, automotive, electronics, consumer products, capital equipment, retail, entertainment, dairy and security.

He began his International Recruiting career in 1999 in Cuernavaca, Mexico at one of the largest executive search firms in the world and joined Trinity Staffing in May 2010.


Leanne Loose
Account Executive

Leanne joined the Trinity Staffing team in 2011. She has 10+ years staffing industry experience in the areas of marketing, recruiting, HR, and payroll. She and husband Allan Loose owned and operated Staffing Source from 1994 until March of 2011, when they merged Staffing Source with Trinity Staffing, and they proudly continue to serve and grow their client base under the Trinity Staffing banner.

Leanne is gifted with a knack for relationship selling, and she realizes the she serves two sets of clients the companies who request her recruiting skills, and the individual employees who meet those needs. She specializes in temp-to-hire positions in the areas of administrative, accounting, customer service, and legal.

Leanne grew up in Cleburne, TX and attended Baylor University. She has been married to her husband Allan for 28 years, and has two sons Aaron and Garrett.


Allan Loose
Sales and Marketing Manager

Allan has 20 years in the staffing industry and enjoys working with businesses large and small - from a 1-person office to San Antonio's largest corporations. He believes that each business presents a unique set of circumstances when it comes to hiring decisions and every business owner and HR professional knows the importance of selecting the very best candidate for the job. His goal is to develop long-term business relationships that provide opportunity for the success of both the candidate and client.

Melissa Carrasco
Senior Recruiter

Melissa, our newest member to the team joined us in 2014. Melissa brings 7 years previous experience in the staffing industry where she specializes in industrial, manufacturing and warehouse field. Prior to joining Trinity Staffing, Melissa worked for a Staffing Company where she handled all recruitment and HR duties as well as payroll for 300+ employees on a weekly basis.

Melissa has superlative recruiting skills and a keen ability to deliver consistently exceptional staffing needs to our clients. She is adept at understanding clients hiring needs and translating them into targeted qualified candidates.
